Abstract

Interview conducted with entrepreneur Laila Fernanda Cirino de Souza from Sapataria Três Américas in Cuiabá
about the administrative and operational routine of the company, the profile of consumers and the trajectory
of the company. The themes of financial management, sustainability and government support for small entrepreneurs
were also addressed.
