Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the issues that involve the affective relationship in Family Law without linking with biological issues, specifically regarding the issue of irregular adoption and the production of effects of the ties that have arisen with irregular adoption for end of the article, to suggest to the reader a differentiated view about the adoption process in cases where, once certain requirements are met, the consolidated socio-affective relationship is already in place.
